How does this chipper do on bamboo?
I would like to know how well this works on dry bamboo and especially on green bamboo
Material that is extremely flexible, soft, lightweight, fibrous or sticky such as some brush, bamboo, palm fronds, cactus, and vines may be difficult to feed down the chipper hopper and may not adequately chip or discharge.
Bamboo or palm fronds that are dry may chip differently than if they are green. We don’t have any specific performance data on this. Stringy, fibrous material could wrap up on the flywheel shaft or clog the discharge chute.
However, the Chipper/Shredders have two hoppers, one for chipping limbs with a chipping knife and the other for pulverizing material with free-swinging shredding hammers that will be able to handle material like bamboo. The only Zero-Turn mower that converts to a walk-behind mower allowing you mow on hills and in tight spaces where you can't ride. 52" wide cut.
Is this zero turn mower made in the USA?

Why should I pay for a cover for the new 14.5 Pro chipper when you claim that there is no cover specific to that model?
There are 4 rapid-feed model chippers, 11.00 Premier, 16.50 Pro, 30.00 Pro-XL and the 3 Point Hitch Series. We offer a protective cover for these machines. The 14.50 Pro machine is our new Chipper/Shredder and unfortunately we do not offer a cover for this machine nor the 11.50 Premier Chipper/Shredder. If you want the ability to knock out 2-1/2" thick saplings, plus the toughest grass and weeds, this machine is for you. Go anywhere with 4 forward speeds (1 reverse) and lockable differential. 26" cut.
Is the cutting height adjustable? What is the lowest it can cut?
The 14.5 HP Pro model cuts a 26" wide path and has a fixed cutting height of approximately 4", high enough to clear most low stumps, roots, etc. but close enough to keep stubble short for easy walking over cleared areas.

On the Clearview 8x12 model, are the shelves required to be installed for unit stability, can I install some or none?
Shelving is not required for stability. The Greenhouse
offers three features that add strength and durability:
1) cross pieces on either side of the Greenhouse, 2) steel brackets on the top and bottom every two feet, and 3) steel cables in each of the four corners of the Greenhouse.
The Greenhouse has built-in modular shelving that are 30" off the ground and runs the length of both sides providing a convenient working surface. You can easily remove individual shelf panels if you want to create more growing space.
