Compatibility with Kubota B2400 with 60" belly mower?
Our Tow-Behind Leaf and Lawn Vacuum will work with most conventional-style riding lawn tractors that have a front, mid or belly-mounted lawn deck. All models can be attached to tractors with a 14 HP minimum as long as their motors are mounted toward the front of the tractor; however, operating a 14 HP tractor with the DR restricts its use to level terrain.
For front mounted lawn mowers 54" or greater you will need to take smaller swaths. If the deck cutting width is greater than 54", greater amounts of discharged material could cause the DR to clog, so mowing smaller swaths is recommended.
To help determine whether our Leaf and Lawn Vacuum is compatible with your lawn tractor, please review the following:
What is the distance from the back opening of the discharge on your lawn mower to the back of the furthest point of the back of the tractor? If the distance is 40 inches or less, our standard blower inlet hose will be sufficient. However, if this distance is between 41 inches and 7 feet, then our optional Hose Extension Kit is required. If the distance is greater than 7 feet, the mower is too large to be used with the DR.

Is the cutting height adjustable??
The 12.5 HP Pro Self-Propelled Manual-Starting Field and Brush Mower has a pivoting mower deck that automatically follows the contour of the ground and has a fixed 4 inch cutting height.
The cutting height is high enough to clear most low stumps, etc., but close enough to keep any type of growth short for easy walking over cleared areas.

For smaller yards or extra hilly areas. Narrow width lets you navigate landscaped areas. Chipping mechanism significantly reduces material, so you spend less time emptying the bag. 37-gallon bagger detaches quickly. Chips 2" branches.
What is the displacement of this engine?
11.5 ft-lb torque is not useful because no other machine I am comparing it to rates their engines this way.
Both the manual-starting and electric-starting Walk Behind Leaf and Lawn Vacuum have a 250cc engine displacement.

Do you need to run the mower blades when vacumming leaves????
Seems like the mower should be cutting when using the vac, not sure.
The lawn mower blades provide a good portion of the reduction for our Tow-Behind Leaf and Lawn Vacuums.
Whatever material your mower deck can lift, the Leaf and Lawn Vacuum will suck the debris through the impeller and mulch it. When you mow with the Leaf and Lawn Vacuum attached, you will get approximately 10 times the lifting power of your mower alone. The Vacuum has tremendous suction!

Is there a hose head attachment to hug the ground to pull up acorns only while pulling behind a JD mower?
We offer only one vacuum hose attachment for the Tow-Behind Leaf and Lawn Vacuum and it is a handheld attachment.
To use the vacuum hose attachment, you need to unhook the inlet hose from the deck adapter and then attach the vacuum hose to the inlet hose. The hose is 14 feet long, 6" in diameter, and when attached to the 90" intake hose, the total length is approximately 22 feet (not including the nozzle).
With 22 feet of reach, this hose can easily get under shrubbery, in corners, window wells and under fences.
