Conversion to single point towing

I want to convert my duel point setup to single point towing. Can this work with the current swivel wheels?

Yes, you can take the Dual Point Hitch kit off and leave the swivel wheel's on, it will have little to no effect when moving forward, it may be different when backing up. I recommend taking it for a test drive, both forward and backward out in the open just to get familar with it.

why would I buy a chipper/shredder over a chipper?

I have a normal yard but do lot of bush and limb cutting and have a bunch of debris. I also have a lot of leaves that I mulch.
Would the chipper be better or the chipper/shredder be a better choice for me?
Maximum limb (might be) 4 inches in diameter.

The Chipper works great for doing branches, but when you are doing garden debris, leaves, etc., then I would recommend the Chipper/Shredder. They can handle branches up to 4.5 inches in diameter (depending on the model), and all types of yard waste.
