Gas & Charcoal Grill/Smoker
How safe is this unit to use on a composite decking? Also, is a cover available for the large unit?
We do not recommend that you use a charcoal grill on the composite decking with out some form of protection. You could put dow a stone or metal protective barrier below and around the grill. Be sure that the charcoal is 100% out before taking the ashes out of the grill.

If the blades are metal covered with a polymer does that mean they cannot be sharpened? Do they just get replaced when they wear down?
If you are referring to the DuraBlade, they can not be sharpened, but they are two sided, so when they do get dull, simply turn them over for a fresh set of blade's.

Can this chipper be used with multiflora rose canes?
I am clearing a forest infested with multiflora rose. The canes can be up to eight feet long. Most canes are less than an inch in diameter but can be very bushy. Should I get a chipper like this or a shredder?
I would recommend the DR Chipper/Shredder for your multiflora rose, it work's better for the smaller branche's.

Chip branches up to 2.5" thick, and reduce yard debris and garden waste to produce a rich, finely shredded mulch. Built in handles and pnuematic tires for easy maneuvering.
does the 1150 manual start have a chute
The DR 11.50 Chipper/Shreader disposes the chip's straight down, there is not a chute.

What are the blades made of?
The DR DuraBlade's are made of a thin metal blade embeded in a space age polymer for strength and rigidity.

question about the vacumn hose attachement
I need to know if I can purchase the head (the hard, black hose guide that fits on the end of the hose and handle. It cracked apart.
